Job Description
We are looking for a Manager/Sr. Manager - Fitout Tenant Coordinator for our upcoming mall @ Jaipur.
Job Location - Jaipur
Qualification - Civil Engineer
Job Description:
• Proven experience managing individual projects.
• Fundamental knowledge of MEP services (Electrical, Sprinkler, HVAC, Fire, Plumbing etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Significant experience in interior work.
• Excellent client satisfaction and team-building skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in documentation and preparing regular weekly trackers/reports (PPT, Excel, etc.).
• 5-7 years of experience in the retail industry.
• Willingness to travel between projects as needed.
• Experience in bill verification and creating Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
