Job Title: MIS Executive with Knowledge of Finance & Oracle

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive with a strong background in accounting and experience with Oracle systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our organization's information systems, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data processing, and supporting our accounting functions through Oracle-based solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and financial knowledge to optimize our information management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management:

- Oversee the collection, processing, and storage of data within the organization.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across various systems.

- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support business operations.

2. Oracle Systems Management:

- Administer and maintain Oracle databases and applications.

- Implement and manage Oracle financial modules to support accounting processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle systems.

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements using Oracle tools.

3. Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into business operations.

- Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

- Present findings to management to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Masters in Finance

- Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

- Proficiency in Oracle systems, particularly Oracle Financials and Oracle Database.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
