Role & responsibilities

1. Conduct survey to identity potential villages to set up new MPPs and new milk routes

2. Conduct village level meeting with support of Area Manager/PIB Officer

3. Enrol new members and achieve enrolment targets

4. Take up special membership drive in those villages identified with poor membership enrolment

5. To assist and supervise inward logistic for his allotted set of villages.

6. Ensure equipment and instruments are in working condition at the MPP and are calibrated as per the SOPs and conduct asset verification.

7. Ensure adherence to SOPs in each MPP through periodic audit.
