Store Executive

The Store and Inventory Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our online store and inventory management. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Accurately track and maintain inventory levels across all product lines.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage inventory transfers between warehouses and exhibition team and delivery to end customers.
• Implement and monitor inventory forecasting and planning strategies.
• Optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Order Fulfillment:
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping partners for timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues.
• Store Operations:
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
• Maintain the online store's accuracy and functionality.
• Ensure product information, images, and pricing are up-to-date and accurate.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of online store promotions and campaigns.
• Monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Data Analysis:
• Analyze sales data, inventory trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory and order fulfillment.
• Utilize data analysis to optimize inventory levels and improve operational efficiency.
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory management, e-commerce operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
