Business Development Head Marketing Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a Capable Leader for heading our Solar Business which comprises of setting up solar plants plus marketing of solar energy related other products and accessories.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Ability to communicate accessibly and concisely about product or service to outsiders, including prospective customers and clients, partners, vendors.
• Relationship management, Leadership and mentoring skills

Education, experience and other Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business, marketing or related field plus MBA

- 6 -14 years’ sales or marketing experience
- Experience in sales, marketing or related fields.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
