Senior Process Associate

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheet finalization, fixed asset accounting, and intercompany reconciliation.
  
• Conduct bank reconciliation statements and record to report (RTR) activities.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of general accounting tasks such as accruals and R2R processes.
  
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in all financial transactions and reports.

• Perform all balance sheet reconciliations including bank and loan reconciliations

• Preparation of journal entries related to month-end closing such as accrual (provision) entries, prepaid, expense reclassification, loan entries etc.

• Preparation of month end schedules and simple reports
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in finance & accounts role with expertise in General Accounting, Balance Sheet Finalizations, Fixed Asset Accounting, Intercompany Reconciliation, Record To Report (RTR), Accruals etc.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university.
  
• Strong understanding of Indian GAAP principles and practices.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
