Information Security Architect

Role: Information Security Architect

Location : Gurgaon Sec 69 (WFO)

Responsibilities:

• Build, implement, and operationalize solutions to ensure the security of infrastructure, applications, and systems.
• Serve as the technical hands-on point of contact for security operations across the entire lifecycle of infrastructure and services, from design to runtime.

Skills Required:

• Develop and implement recommendations to enhance the efficiency of security operations.
• Proactively identify operations pipelines required across the Information Security Engineering team.
• Review and optimize resource utilization, shift management, and onboarding/offboarding processes for security operations staff.
• Supervise the creation, review, and delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports from the SecOps team.
• Strong background in IT risk assessments and knowledge of good security practices and controls for applications and infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of security and security tools in areas such as network, operating systems, databases, encryption, and access controls.
• Translate technical vulnerabilities and security risks into business risk terminology for business units, recommending corrective actions to customers and project stakeholders.
• Ability to document and produce meaningful artifacts on risk assessments, engagement Statements of Work, processes, minimum security baselines, and presentations on security risks.
• Manage customer expectations and deliver quality security consulting services while balancing business objectives with security requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Application Security Testing, including Static and Dynamic Code scans (SAST/DAST) and Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT).
• Own the security architecture plan while being a hands-on builder.
• Risk Management, Compliance, and Threat Profiling expertise, including knowledge of regulatory standards such as ISO, GDPR, and PCI.
• Expertise in detecting and responding to advanced threats, including experience with SIEM solutions, threat intelligence, and behavioral analytics.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in information security with a focus on security engineering, data protection, enterprise security, cloud security, and security operations.

• Proven leadership experience in building comprehensive security operations programs across domains, including device security, network security, IAM, data security, security engineering, and incident response.

• Proficiency in cloud security and experience with cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SaaS.
