TR Lead

Role & responsibilities:

• Responsible for carrying out initial Audits (PSA- Pre Signing Audits) of properties to check feasibility of transformation & completing the transformation of properties as per the OYO standards before handing it over to Operations TR Lead should check the property comprehensively before filling the Audit Sheet and fill in the details of the items accurately. Should be capable to take a call on product of the property as per OYO standards
• TR Lead should be aware about civil engineering specification which are using in hospitality industries
• TR Lead should be expert to build BOQ with the identification of scope of work in any property
• Ensuring to Owner for the scope of TR work in terms of activities, timelines, and cost
• TR execution and live process should be followed as per provided guidelines
• TR Leads have to ensure TAT evaluation for each TR activity in the property
• Ensuring that the product effectively satisfies the quality and safety levels for type of properties
• Take autonomous, data-driven decisions and ensure cost reduction and quality control
• Identify, negotiate and liaise with vendors for services and materials
• Engage in constant communication with all the involved stakeholders to identify and solve problems, find and adopt best practices, strengthen the launch process and ensure harmonious relationships are maintained between all parties involved
• Ability to hustle and on-the-feet thinking required for creative problem solving in new situations
• Managing, planning and allocating resources for conducting time efficient opportunity audits in their respective cities
• Advise the cost, service and time estimates of every property launch by assessment of the audit outputs
• Ensuring all support departments and vendors are aligned for the launches as per Go live dates
• Monitor and report progress of the launches and the required central processes to ensure time deadlines are met

Preferred candidate profile:

• Minimum 3 to 7 Years of Experience
• Experience of working with hospitality sector would be an added advantage
• Stakeholder management, Networking ability and knowledge of MS Excel, Email Writing.
