Multiple Locations (Field Role - involves daily travel)

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving OYOs growth by managing and nurturing relationships with our portfolio of hotel owners. Youll be a key point of contact, helping them resolve challenges, maximize revenue, and ensure optimal guest satisfaction. Your role will involve:

• Managing and Growing Relationships: Oversee your assigned portfolio of hotel owners, ensuring their satisfaction and preventing churn by proactively addressing issues.
• Revenue Generation: Ensure the availability of sellable rooms and drive occupancy through effective booking conversions to boost revenue.
• Cluster Performance: Monitor and improve performance metrics in terms of customer and guest experience, particularly focusing on low-performing properties.
• Financial Management: Oversee the collection of accounts receivable and ensure timely payment from your portfolio clients.
• Market Insights: Provide regular feedback on market conditions, competitor trends, pricing strategies, and other external factors impacting the business.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Occupancy Rates (URNs): Drive monthly occupancy targets for your portfolio.
• Pay at Hotel (PAH) Realization: Ensure timely payment collection from clients.
• Sellable Rooms Availability (DSRN): Maintain consistent availability of rooms for sale.
• Customer/Guest Experience Metrics (Cx/Gx): Enhance the overall guest experience for optimal ratings.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 1 to 7 years of experience in operations management or key account handling.
• Industry Background: Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus.
• Skills:
• Networking: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners and key stakeholders.
• Technical: Proficiency in ERP/APP usage, Excel, and professional email communication.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and influence decision-making.
• Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset to analyze business performance and implement strategies for improvement.
