About the Role:
OYO Rooms & Hotels is looking for a meticulous and experienced Accounts Receivable Associate to join our Finance team in Gurgaon. This role is vital for ensuring accurate financial operations and efficient management of receivables while supporting the company's broader financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting: Accurately maintain and update accounting records in compliance with financial standards and company policies.
• Billing: Ensure timely and precise preparation and distribution of invoices to clients.
• AR Balance Sheet Schedules: Prepare and manage accounts receivable schedules for the balance sheet, resolving any discrepancies.
• Collection Mapping: Track and map collections, ensuring proper allocation and follow-up on overdue accounts.
• Month-End Closing: Assist in month-end closing activities by reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 34 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role.
• IFRS or GAAP knowledge.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software like Oracle and Advance MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
