Job Location: Gurgaon, Sector 69 (Day Shifts)

Job Description

1. Engage with hotel operators to resolve any operational issues, ensure timely payments, and support recovery efforts to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns.

2. Promote and encourage hotel operators to push in-room dining and F&B services to guests. Provide guidance on best practices for increasing sales and maximizing revenue in this area.

3. Drive hotel operators to capture walk-in bookings and ensure proper utilization of available room inventory. Communicate with property managers about effective walk-in booking strategies to boost occupancy.

4. Assist in tagging hotel assets and collecting key data related to property assets, services, and operational procedures. Compile data from different sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency in asset and operational records.

5. Focus on enhancing the guest experience by collaborating with operators to implement OYOs service standards. Monitor guest feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure operational issues are swiftly addressed.

6. Ensure property managers understand and implement OYOs guidelines for smooth and efficient operations.
