We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of eCommerce to lead and manage the P&L for our large portfolio of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce sales strategies, marketing, and digital solutions, with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement long-term customer growth strategies and marketing plans to increase top-line revenue and online traffic.
Define, develop, and optimize digital solutions to meet goals and KPIs through A/B testing campaign strategies, landing pages, and pricing strategies.
Manage the marketing budget and oversee brand management, product marketing, and promotions across marketplaces, quick commerce, and the company website.
Build marketing strategies, drive customer research, and optimize ROI.
Coordinate with various e-portals to prepare plans for periodic sales increments.
Collaborate with e-commerce category managers for product placement and visibility.
Research and analyze data for platforms, identifying top-selling products, competitor performance, and advertising mechanisms to find market opportunities.
Manage fulfillment operations for channel partners, monitoring stock aging and slow-moving SKUs to prevent losses.
Optimize marketing spends and ensure P&L accountability for the division.
Make decisions on product assortment based on consumer insights, selecting the right product configurations/bundling to increase ASP across platforms.
Monitor and track key metrics such as sales, GMV, CTR, ACOS, CAC, and AOV.
Execute strategies to maintain and improve margins and unit economics of channels and products.
Revamp the sales mix for better profitability and margins.
Strategize with the marketing team to enhance marketing efficiency and improve ROI and ACOS.
Formulate brand-building strategies using marketplace growth, A+ content creatives, pricing levers, listing optimization, PPC, inventory planning, and OOS management.
Develop strategies for new product launches and market expansion through competitor benchmarking and market studies.
Manage and coordinate with key stakeholders including creative vendors, agencies, and channel partners.
Lead and coach team members, defining growth trajectories and development plans.
