Senior Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and experience handling multiple financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Process vendor invoices, verify approvals, and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance.
• Manage payments, bank transactions, and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze accounting data.
• Implement policies to maintain accounting controls and ensure financial security.

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Handle billing, payment queries, and customer account reconciliations.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service on payment issues.

General Accounting & Compliance:

• Prepare financial reports, assist in audits, and ensure tax compliance.
• Work on process improvements and manage bank reconciliations.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance, or any related field (CA Intern preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in AP & AR.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, Xero(added advantage), Zoho Books, QuickBooks.
• Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are needed to interact with the global counterparts.
