Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent. In this role, you will play a key part in meeting the recruitment needs of our clients by identifying the best candidates for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Source and attract top technical talent using various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and more.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates through phone and in-person interviews to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to successful placement, while adhering to timelines.
• Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs, ensuring quality and efficiency in the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years of technical recruiting experience.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of various technical roles, skills, and terminologies to effectively assess and match candidates.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
