Job Description

\u25cf First-Level Support: Provide prompt and effective solutions for network, hardware, software, and application issues within our Hyderabad office.

\u25cf Remote Assistance: Offer support to employees in our global offices through remote troubleshooting and problem resolution.

\u25cf Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors for equipment orders, warranty tracking, and service arrangements.

\u25cf Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of office equipment inventory and assignments, ensuring regular updates.

\u25cf Windows OS Proficiency: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.

\u25cf Basic Server Administration: Perform tasks related to Windows Server to support network connectivity, accessibility, and user management.

\u25cf Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network problems, including connectivity issues, subnets, and VLANs.

\u25cf VPN Management: Manage and troubleshoot various client VPN connections to ensure secure and stable remote access.

\u25cf Remote Client Support: Troubleshoot issues with VMware, Microsoft Remote Desktop, Citrix, and other remote access tools.

\u25cf Cybersecurity Awareness: Promote best security practices and raise cybersecurity awareness among staff.

\u25cf Ticketing System Management: Monitor and track support requests using the internal ticketing system, ensuring timely resolutions.

\u25cf Issue Escalation: Promptly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams or vendors.

\u25cf Independent Problem-Solving: Work autonomously to resolve problems efficiently.

\u25cf Documentation: Interact effectively with end-users and document all support activities.

\u25cf Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in IT support."," \u25cf Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an IT Help Desk Support Specialist or similar role.

\u25cf Technical Skills:

\u25cb Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11
operating systems.

\u25cb Basic knowledge of Windows Server
administration.

\u25cb Familiarity with network troubleshooting,
including subnets and VLANs.

\u25cb Experience with various client VPN
connections and troubleshooting.

\u25cb Ability to troubleshoot remote client
technologies (Remote Desktop, Citrix, VMware).

\u25cf Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

\u25cf Customer Service: Strong customer-oriented attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.

\u25cf Additional Skills (Preferred but not required):

\u25cb Familiarity with MikroTik and TP-Link
networking equipment.

\u25cb Familiarity with Google Workspace.

\u25cf Certifications: Relevant IT certifications are a plus.","
