Junior Executive - Admin

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day to day affairs of admin function as assigned by Exe / AM w.r.t Canteen, Transport, Housekeeping & other infrastructure facilities of the concerned zone.
• Ensuring the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the Integrated management system
• Ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs.
• To provide support services to other team member of staff/ Vendor / Vendor supervisor to enable them, to discharge their responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
• Work on assigned tasks given by executive and accountable for optimal utilization of resources and outsource/vendor manpower in a cost effective way
• Responsible for providing data / feedback to prepare the MIS reports
• Contribute to achieve Organisational/ departmental objectives
• Participate in HIRA activity
• Provide suggestions for continual improvement (including OH&S)
• Providing the various training (including OH&S) to employees and contractors, Monitoring of training effectiveness
• Report all incidents immediately with all relevant information and assist during investigation process
• Reporting of Unsafe act /Unsafe Conditions and spot correction
• Communication of any Emergency situation
• Responses to Emergency situation / mock drills
