DM/ M - Materials Development ( Engine Products)

Development of Engine Parts for Casting, Forging and Machined commodity under Budgeted cost and Project Timelines.

• To build a strong vendor base with sustainable approach to expand Engine / Genset business.
• Comprehensive process Knowledge of Casting, Forging and Machining Commodities related with Engine part development and commercial settlement.
• Establish costing of component and work towards achieving target cost, Having knowledge of Should be Costing and Zero Base Costing.
• Collaboration with Supplier, Design/Engineering, QA function for achieving predefined goal.
• To review supplier capabilities periodically and provide technical support to achieve desired
  specifications / tolerances to vendors.
