Manager NPI

The R&D Manager for New Product Induction will be responsible for leading a team of researchers, engineers, and product developers in the successful introduction of new products from concept to commercialization. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a strategic mindset to drive innovation and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. Product will be washing machine (SAWM / FATL / FAFL)

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of R&D professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

New Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end process of new product development, including ideation, feasibility analysis, design, prototyping, testing, and commercialization.

Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, establish milestones, allocate resources effectively, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, manufacturing, Tool room and quality assurance, to align R&D efforts with business objectives and customer requirements.

Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of relevant technologies, market trends, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in product development.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical, regulatory, and business risks associated with new product development, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and success of new product induction projects, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with senior management and key stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones achieved, and challenges encountered
