Lead technical gap & risk analysis including mitigation actions before new sample start
Responsible for planning/providing technical representative for TFC, parameters setup, sample build monitoring and well-being
Lead cross functional team to resolve technical related issue affecting sample build
Interface to Manufacturing Engineering team for sample build review
Lead new machine/ process/material optimization related to new products
Lead technical related readiness and process/parameters lock-in
Lead technical related yield improvement and alignment with stakeholders

Your Profile
Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in PCB or electronics manufacturing industry
Good Analytical skills with attention to detail
Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking
Good Communication, both verbal and written in English
Self-motivating ability to foster a cooperative work environment
