Front Office Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer calls, and manage front desk operations.
• Show demo flats to prospective clients and assist them during visits.
• Ensure client hospitality by offering refreshments and a comfortable experience.
• Coordinate with the Head Office for client updates and administrative tasks.
• Manage office supplies, housekeeping staff, and security personnel.
• Handle emails, courier services, and basic documentation.
• Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments and follow-ups.

Experience - 1-3 yrs relevant experience
