NetSuite Finance Functional Job Description

Experience: 8 to 15 Years

Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore

OSI Digital is looking for a NetSuite Finance Functional to deliver new implementations and support ongoing projects. The person will have an opportunity to grow into leadership roles and explore new technologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Need to a be self-starter with a go getter attitude
• Need to work independently with minimal supervision
• Provide input and recommendations for best practices
• Will be involved in ERP Practice building, implementations and support functions of NetSuite Finance Modules

Required Skills

• 8-15 years of Oracle NetSuite full life cycle implementation experience
• Hands on experience and implementation of Finance modules, Intercompany transactions, Revenue Management, Fixed Assets, Tax and complete R2R processes
• Must have good working knowledge of other areas like Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Fixed Assets and CRM Processes
• Must have the ability to gather requirements, configure and recommend functional solutions
• Proficient in Saved Searches, Managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, searching and reporting, and user roles to support business requirements
• Work with technical teams to design and test automations and integrations
• Must have good knowledge of NetSuite SuiteSuccess Implementation Methodology & Deliverables
• Must have exposure to Fit-Gap analysis and Estimations
• Provide support for testing, project team and end-user training
• Excellent presentation, communications, listening and negotiating skills to key stakeholders and C-level executives
• Prior work experience in the accounting field and knowledge of general accounting principles is preferred
• NetSuite Certification a Plus
