Job Description:

Job Title: Oracle EBS Senior Lead/Developer

Overview: The Oracle EBS Senior Lead will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Oracle E-Business Suite applications within the organization. They will lead a team of EBS professionals, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the successful deployment and utilization of Oracle EBS solutions to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Oracle EBS professionals.

• Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members for successful project delivery.

• Conduct performance evaluations, set objectives, and foster a collaborative team environment.

1. Oracle EBS Implementation and Upgrades:

• Oversee the implementation and deployment of Oracle EBS modules and solutions.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business goals.

• Manage upgrades, patches, and enhancements to existing Oracle EBS applications.

1. Strategic Planning and Solution Architecture:

• Develop and execute strategies for the effective use of Oracle EBS applications.

• Define solution architectures, roadmaps, and best practices for Oracle EBS implementations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Oracle EBS solutions with overall business strategies.

1. Project Management:

• Plan, organized, and prioritized multiple projects related to Oracle EBS implementations.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

• Mitigate risks and resolve issues to ensure successful project outcomes.

1. Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:

• Engage with key stakeholders, business leaders, and users to understand requirements and expectations.

• Communicate project status, updates, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders and team members.

• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of Oracle EBS applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Extensive experience (15+ years) working with Oracle EBS, including implementation and support.

• Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading Oracle EBS teams.

• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules (Financials, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) and their integration.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Relevant certifications in Oracle EBS or project management (e.g., Oracle EBS R12, PMP) are preferred.
