Legal Counsel - Contracts

Lead the end-to-end process of drafting, negotiating, and finalizing highvalue commercial contracts in collaboration with various teams in the OSB Group. Ensure compliance with UK jurisdictional requirements and legal standards across all contracts, including providing strategic advice to stakeholders on cross-border legal matters. • Advising on general corporate matters and providing legal support to the Company Secretarial function. • Undertaking legal research and preparing precedent documents and know how, contributing to the preparation of legal self-help for the business. • Identifying and preparing training for the business; contributing to process improvement and identifying areas of the business that could benefit from legal assistance helping the legal team to bring more work in-house. • Working as a member of a lean legal and compliance team, establish yourself as a trusted advisor to the business.
