Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to boost patient engagement and service awareness.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and patient needs and understand the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to create compelling content for brochures, websites, and social media.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and social media strategies.
• Organize and participate in community outreach events, health fairs, and seminars.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Oversee public relations efforts to enhance the organizations visibility.
• Obtaining the license from the government department according to Ortho-One requirements.
• Connect with sports communities to promote Ortho-One initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and other promotional activities.
• Manage doctor referrals and responses effectively.
• Develop internal and external branding initiatives.
• Support the launch of new service lines through targeted marketing efforts.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualification

Bachelors degree in Business Administration/Marketing, MBA (Marketing).
