Analytics Executive/Manager at Andheri West with ORRA

Brief Job Description (just an indicative list and not limited to the following)

1. Validate new product pricing and monitor existing pricing to ensure optimal positioning.

2. Conduct monthly reviews for ongoing collections and make timely pricing adjustments.

3. Monitor mark-ups with fortnightly checks for metals and monthly reviews for diamond mark-ups.

4. Track discounts and margins on both regular and high-value products.

5. Oversee e-commerce pricing, margin analysis, and discount strategies with a weekly review cadence.

6. Monitor product and store performance, ensuring up-to-date classifications and consistent reporting.

7. Develop and track norms and assortments for product groups across existing and new stores.

8. Manage e-commerce assortments, including the listing and delisting of items based on inventory and demand.

9. Conduct weekly reviews of all web merchandising metrics to optimize the online customer experience.

10. Collaborate with the IT team on system-related projects, including tracking and troubleshooting to ensure seamless integration.

Skill Required

1. Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field. MBA is preferred.

2. 3+ years of experience in merchandising, pricing, or planning analytics, preferably in the retail or jewellery industry.

3. Proficiency in data analytics tools and ERP systems.

4. Strong attention to detail and capability in problem-solving.

5. Proficiency in e-commerce web merchandising strategies and tools.

6. Effective coordination and project management skills, especially with cross-functional teams.

7. Excellent communication skills.
