Job Description

Responsibility & Mandate:

- Identify the learning and development needs (gap analysis/ learning needs analysis) based on the current and future requirements of the organization and develop an organization-wide annual learning plan/ training calendar.

- Ensure alignment of L & D calendar in line with operational and business requirements.

- Interact with relevant stakeholders to map appropriate campaigns and solutions based on the requirements as per the learning needs analysis and business requirements.

- Prepare a budget that supports the learning requirements of the L&D and continually track all expenses against the agreed budget.

- Management of the learning management system (LMS), Efficient scheduling of courses, Status tracking of utilization.

- Conceptualizing e-learning courses' content and flow, ensuring design and delivery of the same in collaboration with external partners. Identify, source and implement training-related best practices, Continuously update and enhance existing programs taking into account new delivery methods and solutions.

- Implementation and evaluation of assessment pre and post-training interventions. Advise, review and measure current L&D effectiveness and efficiencies as well as provide benchmarking activities which identify trends and best practices.

- Develop and implement consistent methods and metrics to measure the effectiveness of training (ROI).

- Drive and maintain Learning Dashboards /metrics to track the impact of capability interventions and competency development.

- Drive R&R program, ensures timely processing of nominations, points distribution, winners felicitations, and optimum utilization of R&R budget.

- Build and drive Sales and Operations(technical) capability interventions in alignment with functional goals and objectives and ensures impact measurement of the same for competency development.

- Conduct and drive Organization Development interventions centered around the organization's vision, mission, and values, drive employee climate surveys and action plan implementation. Plan and execute employee communication platforms like AOPR, Townhall & Corporate Inductions.

- Manage a team of Managers/Executives.

Candidate Profile:

- Master's in Business Administration /HR

- Relevant Certifications like ISTD, Thomas Profiling, OPQ, MBTI, Belbin, etc

- 10+ years of industry experience in learning and development /Organisation Development/ Employee Engagement.

- 7+ years experience in a company with expertise in leading training practices and driving capability-building initiatives.

Experience:

- Sound L&D & OD concepts.

- Experience in Competency mapping and framework designing.

- Experience in leading assessment and development centres.

- Experience in managing a team of Managers.

- Experience and exposure to e-learning /Digital learning platforms.

- Experience in leading Employee Engagement & Culture Building interventions.

Competence /Skills:

- Excellent Domain Knowledge of Training/OD concepts.

- Expert knowledge of Instructional design, development and facilitation.

- Experience in designing and executing assessment and development centres.

- Good Analytical Skills with exposure to measuring training ROI.

- Good project & vendor management skills.

- Strategic Thinking and good Business acumen.

- Exposure & management of digital learning platforms & E-learning content creation skills.

- Certifications in various Training & assessment tools like AIDDE, Thomas, MBTI, OPQ, Belbin.

- Ability to build competency framework and ability to coach and mentor team members (across functions)
