Factory Supply Chain Manager

Main Challenges in this Position (or Company/Division/BU):

- Collaborate with Central procurement managers and buyers to ensure production adherence.

- Ensure complete adherence to delivery and quality.

- Examines and processes purchase orders in accordance with rate contracts - Coordinates with Marketing and Export for all NPD and art work changes.

- Collaborates with production and planning to ensure that the production plan is aligned with the availability of the RM/PM.

- Entire flow of RM/ PM from suppliers to factory to be ensured.

- Collaborate with procurement to maintain max vendor OTIF.

Responsibility & Mandate:

- Daily stock monitoring and planning inward movement for cluster -1 (4 factories)

- Track purchase orders/requirement and ensure timely delivery

- Visibility of the stocks inward/outward to production

- Maintain 100% adherence to supplier code of conduct and responsible sourcing

- Inventory review on weekly basis to ensure budgeting and adherence review

Candidate Profile:

Education (Level and area):

- Post graduate any graduate degree. MBA preferred

Experience (Functional area, type of position/work, products, markets, international etc.):

- 7-10 years of experience in Supply Chain & Material planning in any FMCG, Experience in Food Industry (Advantage)

- Experience in purchase, inventory management, vendor relationship/ management Handled multiple supplier domestic & Import.

- Experience team in handling team and driving over team to achieve factory KPI's
