Inside Sales Consultant

• Responsibilities includes the following but not limited to it:
• Take regular customer orders and pass it to the required team
• Assist customers with their query and resolve it in proper manner
• Make sales calls to corporate for Corporate Gifting / Supplies
• Assist customer in placing the online order and their status
• Management of online orders with delivery statuses

Must be

• Very fluent in English
  Good communication and presentation skills
• Experience 06 months to 3 years
• Basic computer application skills data management skills
• Microsoft excel and corporate email communication knowledge is must
