HR Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings on job portals
• Manage employee onboarding, orientation, exit programs
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
• Employee engagement activities

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR role within a BPO or service-oriented environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,PowerPoint)
• Immediate joiner preferred
