Project Name: Project Management Consultancy Services (PMC) for Construction of Double line electrified Railway Track with signalling and telecommunication system and related infrastructure for the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor Project.

Location: Navi Mumbai

Duration: 12 Months - Extendable

Qualification: Minimum B.E./B.Tech. (Electrical) / Diploma (Electrical).

Overall Professional Experience: More than 8 years for B.E./B. Tech. Candidates and 13 years for Diploma Candidates.

Experience in similar position: More than 6 years experience in execution of works related to railway Electrical OHE works (substations, laying of cables, testing commissioning of power equipment s).

Preferred Age: Below 60 years.

Functional Role: Candidate shall be responsible for Supervision of all power line crossing works; Supervision of electrical general works of building, stations and yards; Daily, weekly monthly progress reports; Measurement of works and bill checking; Type test/factory acceptance test; Participate in final testing and commissioning. Coordination with Client - Coordinate with respective HQ and divisions of Zonal Railways and DFCCIL Regional / Site Offices. Carry out Regular Site Inspection - Conduct regular field checks and tests to ensure that work has been carried out as per agreed specification and standards, Specify the system of test checks for Contractors Requests for Inspection (RFI) at all appropriate level by RE. Conduct Type Test, Factory Acceptance Test for ST and EM systems Examine Field Performance Test for Train Operation, ST system and EM system. Inspect Testing all material and facilities/devices. Carry out all tests specified in the related schedule of the Contract and issue Completion Certificate / Provisional Certificate. Integrate as built drawings prepared by the Contractors - Review the As Built Drawings for each component of the works prepared by the Contractors and determine their acceptability., Responsible to obtain all records of completion drawings and completion documents from the contractor and prepare completion estimates in accordance with provisions of Indian Railways Engineering Code. Scrutinize registration of daily consumption of material, various activities / output of design and construction activities to be maintained by contractor.

Reporting to Dy. CRE at project Site office and OC India Head office.
