Role Overview:
It's a two pronged role . As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will spearhead growth marketing initiatives for Orient Electric's D2C website. The role requires driving paid traffic initiatives , optimizing paid channel mix and revenue generation from the website. Secondly , you will be responsible for driving paid promotions for all campaign and always on initiatives for brand initiatives . This will involve large -medium -low digital format media planning and buying working closely with Publishers and platforms to strategize and execute large digital campaigns.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure the seamless execution of performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
D2C Performance Marketing :
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, publishers, and affiliate networks to achieve business objectives (revenue, traffic, and branding).
- Manage agencies to strategize, plan, and execute campaigns effectively while ensuring consistent optimization and performance tracking
- Driving aligned ROAS will the key performance indicator of this part of the role.
- Initiating New channels of growth and optimizing. Testing new platforms that can deliver required ROAS.
- Owning of traffic KPIs across campaigns and channels. Drive traffic to D2C Website aligning paid media goals.
- Testing latest Automated products by platforms like Google and meta - Pmax , Advantage +Suit etc.
- Tracking of conversions and optimization strategy for the always on campaigns on Google and Meta providing incremental results.
- Working alongside the D2C team and building campaign strategy and execution for volume and value deliveries.
- Liaise with creative and content teams to develop compelling assets that adhere to best practices across all media channels.
- Work closely with website developers to implement front-end changes on the D2C website for improved user experience and conversion rates
- Collaborate with the Organic SEO team to ensure holistic revenue tracking and optimization.
- Manage reporting dashboards to provide a single view of overall digital performance metrics.
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights, reporting planned vs. achieved metrics to the Head of Digital Marketing and CMO
Campaign Digital Media Management:
- Develop and execute media plans for large -medium -small digital campaigns across platforms and publishers.
- Liaise with creative and content teams to develop compelling assets that adhere to best practices across all media channels.
- Manage agencies to strategize, plan, and execute large digital campaigns effectively while ensuring consistent optimization and performance tracking.
- Social Promotions - Always On - Work with social media teams to align the social calendar with promotional campaigns and paid advertising efforts.
- Plan and execute Social media promotion campaigns driving reach & engagement for the social media assets.
- Key KPI is to drive engagement with the right audience to deliver your brand message on social media platforms.
- Content for performance - liaison -Liaise with creative and content teams to develop compelling assets that adhere to best practices across all media channels.
- Providing brief to the creative team on the products and pricing strategy with discount callout on creatives.
- Ensure providing detailed Media requirements to the creative team for streamline delivery and timely delivery of assets.
- Ensure All content and creatives are updated on all media campaign which are active.
Role will be reporting into Head of Digital Marketing.
Qualifications and Skills;
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or related roles, preferably in the D2C ecosystem.
- Proven expertise in managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, publishers & affiliate networks.
- Strong excel and analytical skills with experience in managing reporting dashboards and interpreting data to optimize performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination.
- Hands-on experience with website management and familiarity with front-end/back-end coordination.
- Understanding of branding principles and experience in managing creative and content development from agencies or internal content teams.
