Engineer - QA/QC

Role Objective:

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with experience in the Real estate Industry to oversee and ensure the highest quality standards at our site locations near Chevella. The candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control measures, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures for construction activities.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure work meets required standards and specifications.
• Monitor material quality and verify the compliance of construction materials with project requirements.
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards, BIS codes, and other regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including test reports, checklists, and compliance records.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and site engineers to maintain quality consistency.
• Conduct training sessions on best practices in quality control and safety.
• Oversee concrete mix design, soil testing, and other lab-related quality checks.
• Implement strategies for continuous improvement in construction quality

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, IS codes, and building regulations.
• Experience with third-party quality audits, non-destructive testing (NDT), and material testing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
