Sr. Manager - Marketing

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate marketing, brand strategy, lead generation, and integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ATL, BTL, digital marketing, media planning, and customer engagement to drive visibility and sales for premium residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

• Develop and implement Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new project launches and sustenance campaigns.
• Define brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand perception and drive project success.
• Plan and execute high-impact marketing campaigns targeting HNI & luxury segments.

2. Lead Generation & Sales Enablement

• Spearhead lead generation campaigns through online and offline marketing strategies.
• Optimize sales funnel by working closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
• Develop high-quality marketing collaterals, presentations, and project pitch decks to aid the sales team.
• Enhance customer engagement through innovative outreach programs.

3. Digital & Performance Marketing

• Direct digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, and performance marketing.
• Increase digital presence through targeted campaigns, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor campaign performance using data analytics, AI and CRM tools, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

4. Media Planning & ATL/BTL Execution

• Manage ATL (TV, Print) and BTL (Events, Activations, Outdoor Advertising) campaigns.
• Oversee media planning and buying to ensure maximum ROI on marketing spends.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and external partners for execution.

5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

• Conduct market research and consumer insight analysis to identify trends and opportunities for marketing.
• Track competitor marketing activities and benchmark best practices.
• Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve performance.

6. Team Leadership & Vendor Management

• Lead and mentor marketing executives, creative teams, and activation teams.
• Manage relationships with media agencies, creative partners, and digital marketing vendors.
• Optimize marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiencies without compromising impact.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and driving high-performance campaigns.
• Experience working with leading real estate developers.
