Coordinating and supporting travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and stakeholders
Maintaining and updating databases and records, including financial records, invoices, and receipts
Managing and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Ensuring that office equipment and facilities are well-maintained and functioning properly
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in computer software, such as Microsoft Office
