iAM Developer - Dell Compellent Storage (5-12 yrs)

Role : Dell One IAM Developer.

- Implementation of Identity & Access Management solutions based on the One Identity(Dell One Identity tool ).

- 5-12 years' development experience in Identity & Access Management Tools & .net technologies .

- Mandate experience in any of the IAM Tools (Okta, Sailpoint, Forgerock, Oracle Identity Management, Microsoft Identity Manager).

- Good experience in Dotnet(c#.net or vb.net), SQL server.

- Good to have knowledge Or added advantages of having experience in REST API , WCF.

- We are looking for an experienced Dell One IAM Developer with expertise in implementing Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using the One Identity (Dell One Identity tool).

- The ideal candidate should have strong development experience in IAM tools and .NET technologies, along with proficiency in SQL Server, REST APIs, and WCF.

- The role involves working on IAM implementation, integration, customization, and support, ensuring secure and efficient identity management processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions based on One Identity (Dell One Identity tool).

- Customize and configure IAM workflows, policies, and role-based access control (RBAC).

- Develop, test, and deploy custom connectors and integrations for identity management.

- Handle provisioning, deprovisioning, and lifecycle management of user accounts.

- Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and cloud services.

- Ensure seamless authentication and authorization processes across systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, ensuring compliance with security policies.

- Develop custom IAM solutions using .NET technologies (C#.NET or VB.NET).

- Work on SQL Server to manage user data, role mappings, and audit logs.

- Implement REST APIs and WCF services for seamless IAM integration.

- Optimize system performance and ensure scalability of IAM solutions.

- Work closely with security teams, IT administrators, and application developers to ensure IAM policies align with business requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enforce identity governance policies.

- Support regulatory compliance efforts, including audit logging and reporting.

- Stay updated on IAM best practices, security threats, and compliance requirements.

- Research and recommend enhancements to IAM processes for improved security and efficiency.

- Explore and implement automation in identity lifecycle management.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- One Identity (Dell One Identity tool) (Primary) Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Oracle Identity Management, Microsoft Identity Manager (Preferred)

- Strong experience in .NET technologies (C#.NET or VB.NET)

- Proficiency in SQL Server for database management

- Experience in REST API development and integration Knowledge of Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) is a plus

- Experience in IAM workflows, authentication, and authorization models

- Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

- Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST)

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

- Proactive approach towards continuous learning and improvement.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

- Certifications in IAM solutions or .NET technologies are an added advantage.

- Experience in cloud-based IAM solutions (Azure AD, AWS IAM) is beneficial.
