Senior Oracle ERP Consultant - Property Manager & Financials Modules (10-13 yrs)

Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled consultant with a strong understanding of Oracle Property Manager in R12, Oracle Financial in R12, IFRS-16 standards

Extensive technical expertise to support and drive implementation projects successfully.

Requirements :

- Over 10 years of progressive hands on experience in Oracle ERP development and consulting in Oracle Property Manager & Oracle Financial R12.

- Experience in variety of projects with full life cycle implementations of enterprise applications in financials, and have worked as Subject Matter Expert, Project Manager, Consultant.

- Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for 'Financials' business processes encompassing modules such as Receivables, Payables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Oracle Leasing and Financial Management (OLFM), Property Manager, Purchasing/Procurement, and HFM integration with Oracle.

- Strong experience with SQL & PLSQL for customization and development is a must.

- Good Knowledge in XML Reports is an added advantage.

- In-depth knowledge and experience in configuring and customizing Property Manager to meet business needs.

- Familiarity in integrating Oracle Property Manager with other Oracle Financials modules (AP&GL) and handling complex configurations.

- Strong understanding of IFRS-16 standards and their application within Oracle Property Manager and Oracle Financials, ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements.

- Proven track record of leading and managing teams to deliver large-scale implementations, upgrades, and support for Oracle ERP systems in financial management.

- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights during project execution.

- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within Oracle Property Manager and Oracle Financials, ensuring seamless system performance.

- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation of Oracle ERP solutions within budget.
