Winfo Solutions - Solution Lead - Oracle Financials Modules (12-14 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Oracle Functional Expertise : Design end-to-end functional solutions leveraging Oracle Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, AME, R12 Finance).

- Business Process Automation : Develop and implement automation workflows using RPA tools like UiPath and Oracle Process Automation, focusing on CEML development and seamless integration.

- Product Development : Create innovative products and solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring effective implementation and delivery.

- Presales Support : Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs, craft tailored solutions, and deliver engaging presentations, demos, and proposals.

- Solution Architecture : Act as a liaison between business requirements and technical teams, designing scalable and effective solutions that align with client objectives.

- Team Leadership : Mentor and lead diverse teams, fostering collaboration and aligning project outcomes with organizational goals.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Extensive experience (12+ years) in Oracle Functional Solution Architecture, including financial modules and RPA/automation.

- Proficiency in Oracle Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, AME, R12 Finance).
