Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Sales & Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the sales function, driving revenue growth, and overseeing operational efficiency to ensure seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase revenue.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including top OEM brands in the industry.
- Demonstrate exceptional upselling and cross-selling abilities to drive business growth.
Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage a world-class manufacturing facility with a focus on quality and productivity.
- Implement strategic sourcing processes to optimize costs and improve margins.
- Streamline order-to-delivery cycle to enhance inventory management and cash flow.
Client Consultation and Solution Selling:
- Provide solution selling and consultation to key clients, contributing to the development of their products and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with supply chain partners in China and India to address specific client needs and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Engage in extensive research to identify market trends and opportunities for product innovation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing manufacturing operations and optimizing supply chain processes is a plus.
