Orbit & Skyline is looking forward to onboard a highly skilled "NPT Engineer" for overall functioning for New Product Transition flow from phase releases as per the company guide lines/standards & tracking key product metrics. Roles & Responsibilities

• Overall functioning for New Product Transition phases includes Field Readiness, Cost of Consumables, Serviceability review, I&W, Document readiness as per the company guide lines/standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all product transition-related activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with product transitions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all phase releases are executed smoothly.
• Facilitate regular meetings and to Communicate NPT progress, challenges and solutions key Stake holders
• Able to track / gather and analyze Key NPT performance metrics and present it to stake holders
• Sense the spark(issues) in the product transition flow/data and work with CFT to get a solution.

Eligibility Criteria Required Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelors degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years Proven experience in product management, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of product transition and management process.

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent organizational, communication, presentation and persuasion skills
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Easy going/easy to work with
• Self-driven with good project management skills
• Willing to work in US time and Flexible with time for attending meetings with AT located in different time-zone

Good to have:

• Project/Program Management certifications
• Experience in Semiconductor or Medical equipment product knowledge is added advantage
