Our clientele includes prestigious IC chip manufacturers and OEMs from the United States, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe with our services being rendered to our global customers out of our head office in Mohali, India. We have offices in the United States, the Middle East, Singapore, Taiwan, Ireland, and several other locations. Roles & Responsibilities: Perform technical scoping for new maintenance procedures.

• Collaborate with multimedia experts and develop multimedia (videos, pictures, and/or animations) maintenance procedures for service products and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-function teams to review and approvals build quality content.
• Present project updates and results to management in formal and informal presentations.
• Perform hardware / CAD testing for parts and fixtures that facilitate equipment maintenance and provide substantive feedback to engineers.
• Test and validate new/updated software applications and features. Identify opportunities to improve applications and work with developers to implement recommendations.
• Manage timeline and project logistics for new service products

Eligibility Criteria: Required Qualifications:

• BS or B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of Semiconductor industry experience, Preferred in Etch tool maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and power point.

Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork skills.
• Strong interest in and ability to author technical documents.
• Understanding of mechanical systems.

Good to have:

• VBA, Power shell, Power BI, or similar automation/ coding knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with video editing (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects) a plus.
• Experience with 3D animations (Blender, Key shot, Unity) and CAD optimization a plus
