Job Description

Job Description: KYC & Client Servicing

Position: KYC & Client Servicing
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 1-3 years
Qualification: Graduate/Post-graduate, MBA/PGDM

KYC & Client Onboarding Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Verify data submitted by customers during the onboarding process.
  • Perform due diligence on new and existing clients across various types, including listed and regulated entities, private/public companies (small, medium, large), partnerships, proprietorships, and more.
  • Verify KYC documentation of customers to be onboarded in accordance with policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments of customers in line with policies.
  • Manage the New Client Adoption and Periodic Review stream, ensuring all requests are approved as per regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Manage exceptions to ensure all defined SLAs with the business are met, focusing on timeliness and quality.
  • Suggest process automation improvements and prepare metrics for leadership review.
  • Interact with stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of the unit.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Post-graduate degree.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in AML/KYC/compliance, within the corporate financial services industry, banks, KPOs, etc.
  • Understanding of control, compliance, and investigation functions.
  • Familiarity with SEBI AML/KYC regulations and industry guidelines.
  • Ability to interpret regulatory guidelines and assess risk scores and entity types.
  • Skilled in interpreting alerts and identifying trends or inconsistencies.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end KYC process.

Client Servicing Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work in collaboration with the Sales team and internal departments to meet client objectives.
  • Provide product and servicing demos to prospective clients.
  • Create and implement effective customer loyalty programs.
  • Develop communication platforms to enhance client interactions.
  • Inspire repeat business through exceptional service.
  • Conduct customer service workshops and presentations.
  • Monitor and measure client satisfaction.
  • Liaise with different departments to resolve client queries.
  • Offer advice to clients on services and products.
  • Address client requests and troubleshoot issues as required.
  • Maintain MIS for reporting and tracking purposes.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Post-graduate degree.
  • MBA/PGDM in any specialization is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.
  • Calm, polite, and professional demeanor.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
  • General business knowledge and high service orientation.
