- CI/CD Integration : Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing in development cycles.
- Performance Testing : Test the system's performance to ensure it meets required standards for scalability and reliability.
- Documentation : Maintain clear and thorough documentation of test plans, cases, and results.
- Process Improvement : Contribute to enhancing overall QA practices within the team.
- Collaboration with Customer Support : Work with customer support to address reported issues.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 5+ Years of QA Experience : Must have a solid background in both manual and automated testing.
- IVR Testing (3+ Years) : Experience specifically with IVR systems and contact flows (e.g., Five9).
- Testing Tools Proficiency (Xray, 3+ Years) : Experience using Xray or similar testing management tools.
- BDD Framework (Cucumber, 3+ Years) : Expertise in Behavior Driven Development (BDD) frameworks like Cucumber.
- API Testing (Postman, 3+ Years) : Experience with API testing using tools like Postman.
- Apigee Gateway : Familiarity with Google Apigee for API management.
- Agile & JIRA (3+ Years) : Comfortable working within an Agile framework and using JIRA for issue tracking.
Preferred Skills :
- Version Control (Git) : Experience with version control systems like Git.
- AWS Experience : Familiarity with AWS services like AWS Connect for cloud-based contact centers.
- Defect Tracking Tools : Knowledge of defect tracking and monitoring tools.
- Test Case Design Expertise : Ability to create effective and thorough test cases based on detailed requirements.
Work Hours & Location :
Shift : UK Shift (2 PM - 11 PM IST), which may involve evening and night hours depending on time zone alignment.
