IT Project Manager (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the development and infrastructure teams in automating infrastructure deployment and building an Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DevOps, Cloud Automation and workflow solutions, ensuring seamless project execution and timely delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with Development and Infrastructure teams to automate infrastructure deployment and facilitate the creation of an IaaC environment.

- Work closely with Dev and Infra teams to develop IaaC scripts and application deployment automation. Coordinate with functional and admin teams to deliver automated workflow solutions for clients.

- Oversee design discussions and workshops, ensuring adherence to implementation guidelines and strategies.

- Manage resources efficiently and forecast project completion dates to align with business goals.

- Understand project priorities and requirements, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and involved teams.

- Monitor project progress, ensure timelines are met, and take corrective actions when required.

Must have Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Project Management within DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure projects.

- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) and automation tools.

- Experience with DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and facilitate smooth collaboration.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
