Area Collections Manager - Banking/NBFC (9-15 yrs)

Position: Area Collections Manager (Banking/NBFC/Financial Services)

Experience: 9-15 Years (Only)

Department: Education Loan (Single Product)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Required Skills:

1. Experience collections department (education loans/Any king of Loans)

2. Good communication skills in English.

Roles and responsibilities:

The role will be responsible for managing and undertaking collections processes for debts that have been allocated to him

1. He will be responsible for tracking & controlling the Soft buckets.

2. He will be responsible to allocate and achieve targets from in house team/ agencies/ collection outsourced employees.

3. He Will be responsible to keep a track of the portfolio for specific buckets for Area

4. He has to maintain data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history, providing and maintaining MIS report, reviewing collection feedback on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis

Qualifications & Experience:

- Postgraduation/MBA/CA preferred.

- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant collections experience

- Goal orientation, working effectively with the teams, interpersonal and influencing skills to manage customers effectively.
