Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical and Solutions Architect to join our team.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative and secure technology solutions across various business domains.

You will wear multiple hats, acting as a Technology Architect, DevOps Architect, Application Architect, and Deployment Architect.

You will be a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure that our technology solutions meet business needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect the overall architecture for applications, including their underlying platforms and processes.

- Develop and implement deployment procedures and processes to ensure smooth and efficient deployments.

- Design and architect DevOps tools and processes to streamline software development and delivery.

- Establish technical standards and conduct architectural assessments for the enterprise.

- Provide comprehensive technology architecture expertise and guidance across multiple business divisions and technology domains.

- Set up technical standards, conduct technology evaluations, and perform assessments of Enterprise Architecture functions.

- Drive technology strategy from an architectural perspective, considering a portfolio of applications in the banking environment, to optimize resources and mitigate risks.

- Translate business requirements into specific system, application, or process designs.

- This includes working with business personnel and executives to identify functional requirements.

- Lead and/or participate in scoping and architecting major change programs.

- Conduct strategic options analysis, propose end-to-end solutions, and highlight potential trade-offs.

- Review ongoing designs of major programs to identify strategic opportunities and resolve design issues during delivery.

- Identify key technology enablers to optimize IT investments.

Skills :

- Proven experience in leading teams, executing, and delivering technology architecture as part of implementation projects.

- In-depth knowledge of SDLC/DevOps processes and sound knowledge of IT application architecture and design methodologies across multiple platforms.

- Expertise in non-functional areas like performance, scalability studies, human interaction, and software ergonomics.

- Strong understanding of design patterns, design principles, and UML modeling.

- Expertise in understanding architecture concepts in areas such as Database, SOA, Security, and Middleware.

- Experience in architecture, design, and development of web and mobile applications using technologies such as Android, iOS, Java, JEE, and .NET.

- Expertise in middleware architecture of ESB/SOA/Application Server/MQ.

- Experience in server-side technologies like Java or NodeJS and modern tools to build RESTful web services, JavaScript and web technologies (e., React, Angular, NodeJS, etc.), Microservices, APIs, and database technologies.

- Experience in evaluating and implementing third-party software products, including open-source and cloud-based products from vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, or Google.

- Expertise with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).

- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps principles.

- Understanding of the banking and financial domain is a plus.
