Senior Web Application Developer - .Net Core (5-9 yrs)

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Web Application Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of applications across our web farms. You are a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of information architecture, human-computer interaction, and usability design principles.

You have a proven track record of delivering successful software development projects and a passion for new consumer technology. You are comfortable using analytical data and user testing to inform design decisions. You thrive in a remote environment, are adept at multi-tasking, and possess excellent communication skills.

Youll Be Responsible For :

- Designing and developing user-friendly web applications.

- Developing code and modules with reusability and interoperability in mind.

- Delivering clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

- Leading team members and ensuring timely business delivery within pre-determined SLAs.

- Advocating responsibly and effectively for users in a fast-paced, corporate climate.

- Providing day-to-day design leadership that fosters a shared understanding of the user-centric intersection between design, content, business, and engineering.

- Contributing to the improvement of development processes and best practices.

- Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback.

- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of professional development experience in C# programming language.

- 4+ years of Web API development experience.

- Demonstrable experience with .NET Core, C#, Web Services, SQL Server, IIS, and Git is a must.

- Experience with Lean product development and Agile software development principles and processes.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to identify audience needs and communicate effectively at the appropriate level.

- Ability to lead team members and ensure timely delivery within SLAs.

- Strong understanding of information architecture, human-computer interaction, and usability design principles.

- Ability to use analytical data and user testing to make informed design decisions.

- Ability to multi-task and work productively in a remote environment.
