Good network/VOIP support knowledge and experience .

Service oriented, customer focused with good customer service skills .

Good networking/communications background .

Experience in one or more of the following:
IP telephony, CUCM, Voice gateways protocols & cisco unitY, Genesys & Nice recordings.
LAN/WAN topologies and protocols, Server protocols, Desktop products. Cisco/Nortel Technologies, IP Telephony

Good interpersonal skills .

Good time management, organizational and communication skills .

Ability to work under pressure .

Ability to deal with multiple tasks .

Proactive, self-motivated and determined attitude .

Problem solving skills .

Able to cover Flexible working hours/shift patterns as and when required (24*7).

Any Degree or Diploma in Electronics/Computers or science required.

CCNA, CCNP

2-4 years of Industry experience, preferable service desk in a customer support in the telecommunication industry. 2 year of relevant technical experience.
