UI/UX Developer

We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX Developer to join our team and help us build intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both design principles and front-end development, with the ability to bridge the gap between design and technology. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to bring our digital products to life.

Key Responsibilities:

1. UI/UX Design Implementation:

• Translate wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups into responsive, interactive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize them for maximum performance and scalability.

2. Front-End Development:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable, and modular code for web and mobile applications.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure a seamless experience across all devices.

3. Collaboration:

• Work closely with UI/UX designers to understand design intent and provide feedback on feasibility and improvements.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.

4. User Experience Optimization:

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve the user experience.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues (e.g., responsiveness, accessibility) and implement solutions.

5. Design System Development:

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Develop reusable UI components and libraries for future use.

6. Performance Optimization:

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

7. Industry Trends:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design, front-end development, and the beauty and wellness industry.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX development, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or e-commerce industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to implement designs into functional, user-friendly interfaces.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
