We are looking for Telesales Executive to Join our Team!!

Location: Sec 82, Mohali

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting

• Identify and research potential students through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and ensure timely follow-up to convert leads.

Outbound and Inbound Sales Calls

• Make outbound calls to potential students, introducing them to the franchise opportunity and gauging their interest.
• Respond to inbound inquiries, addressing potential students' questions, and providing relevant information on franchise benefits, requirements, and processes.

Lead Nurturing and Relationship Building

• Maintain regular communication with prospects throughout their decision-making process, addressing any concerns or objections that may arise.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, legal) to ensure potential franchisees receive necessary information and support.

Record-Keeping and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress with prospects using the company's CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on sales targets, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in tele sales, outbound sales, or customer service,

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Persuasive selling techniques and an understanding of courses.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
