Role:
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales over the phone. You will be expected to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers.
Identify and qualify potential leads.
Schedule appointments with qualified leads.
Sales and Lead Generation:
Persuasively present products or services to potential customers.
Address customer objections and concerns.
Close deals and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and performance metrics.
